What to Expect with Stimulus Payments & Tax Information/Refunds
Please keep in mind that all processes are driven by the IRS and NOT Western Division. While we do our best to answer your questions, you should use this information provided to inquire on your Stimulus Payment or Tax Information before contacting us directly.
Western Division does not HOLD transaction(s). When we receive the debit or credit transaction, we post to the appropriate account on the date indicated by the processor. This cannot be altered.
We ask you for your patience. Phone and Online Banking demand increases during this time, so you may experience longer hold time and/or delays.
The IRS and US Treasury begin sending the stimulus payments (to those who qualify) approximately one week after the BILL is signed (signed on 3/11/21). Direct deposits are sent first for processing, followed by paper checks that are mailed directly to you.

How do I verify a deposit to my Western Division account? Use Online Banking or Telephone Banking (716) 632-9328 option 4.
Set an Online Banking eAlert and you will be notified once your payment is deposited to your account.
Use our Remote Deposit to deposit your paper check into your account once you receive it.
