Annual Meeting & Election Notice

Wednesday, April 24, 2024 @ 5:00 p.m.

Location:  Western Division FCU, 6750 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221

Those who became members of Western Division before January 24, 2024 are eligible to vote.  This will be a business meeting format. Our agenda includes:

Roll Call * Minutes of Last Meeting * Committee Report’s * Unfinished Business * New Business *  Elections

Members who have business they wish to have recognized at the Annual Meeting must submit their intent in writing postmarked no later than March 10, 2024. Mail to:

In accordance with Western Division’s By-Laws, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor.  The nominating committee will accept nominations for the following positions by petition only:

Board of Directors:     Three (3) positions available for a three (3) year term

Incumbents:                Christine Newhouse; Paul Jackson and Peter Seitz

Members who wish to run by petition must submit their letter of intent, including qualifications and short biographical outline postmarked no later than March 10, 2024.  Your petition should be signed by no less than 90 members.  Mail to:
